Benjamin Riebl, PT DPT
Clinic Director
Benjamin earned his Bachelor of Science from Truman State University in 2010 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University in 2013. His passion for physical therapy grew from a lifelong love of staying active, combined with a memorable experience as a physical therapy patient during childhood.
Born and raised in a small town in Missouri, Ben brings that same small-town mindset to his work—valuing strong relationships, trust, and personalized care. In 2013, he relocated to East Texas, where he practiced for three years before joining the Partners in Therapy team in July 2016 as Clinical Director of Cleveland Physical and Occupational Therapy in Cleveland, TX.
Ben specializes in outpatient orthopedics and enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. He especially values the variety of cases he sees and the close-knit, community-focused environment at Cleveland PT. In July 2026, Ben expanded his leadership role by becoming the Clinical Director of Lake Houston Physical Therapy, where he now oversees and manages clinic operations.
Committed to lifelong learning, Ben regularly completes continuing education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy. He has also supported the community through local gym screenings, youth baseball screenings, and a professional volleyball tournament.
Outside the clinic, Ben enjoys playing and watching soccer, woodworking, traveling, and hiking or backpacking into the wilderness.
BRAD PERRY, PT, MS, STS, OWNER
Jennifer Herberger, PTA
She chose a career in physical therapy after growing up playing sports and later job shadowing in the field, where she quickly discovered a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger. Known for her upbeat energy and genuine enthusiasm, she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and creating a positive, motivating environment in the clinic.
She has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2024. She values the hands-on, people-centered nature of the profession and the ability to stay active while making a real impact in patients’ lives.
Outside of the clinic, she is a proud parent to one child who keeps her busy and smiling. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with her family and friends.

FAQ
For Additional Questions Please Contact Us
Yes. The choice of where you receive therapy is always yours. While the majority of our patients come to us by physician referral/recommendation, many clients request to see us due to our strong clinical reputation in the community.
We operate in a direct access state where, if your insurance plan authorizes self-referral to physical therapy, a physician referral is not necessary for you to be seen by a licensed therapist. Please check with your insurance though as many health insurance plans require a physicians referral for therapy to be covered. We also offer treatments, services and/or products that do NOT require a referral and are available on a self-pay basis.
We participate in the majority of major health insurance plans including Medicare and Worker’s Compensation. Please contact us prior to your first visit to see if we participate with your specific health plan.
As a service to our patients, we will gladly file claims with your insurance company on your behalf. In order to appropriately submit these claims, we will need to obtain a copy of your insurance identification card to ensure that we have the necessary information.
Your therapist will conduct an evaluation of your condition lasting between 60-90 minutes. The evaluation is necessary to create a program designed specifically to address your needs for a maximum recovery.
– Referral slip from your medical doctor
– Your medical insurance card
– Your ID
– If you are getting therapy as a result of a worker’s compensation claim or an automobile accident, you will also need to bring your claim information, including claim number.
Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to fill out any necessary paperwork.
We recommend comfortable clothing such as sweatpants or shorts, a T-shirt or tank-top and sneakers.
Each visit will last 60 – 90 minutes on average. Times vary due to the treatment and exercises being performed.
The regularity of your visits will be determined after your initial evaluation, but most patients have 3 visits each week scheduled.
Reviews
“The employees at Cleveland Physical Therapy are amazing. My 15 yr old son had to do PT twice after both of his surgeries and they were very patient with him, but they also pushed him when he needed it. I will forever be grateful for Ben and his staff for treating us like family and not just $$$.”
